AMA Motocross

With the AMA Motocross Outdoor Nationals fast approaching, the riders have been focused on preparing for the season. The Outdoor Nationals will begin on Saturday, May 18 in Sacremento,CA. The event will take place at Hangtown Raceway once again. The Outdoors is completely different from Supercross. The riders need to be mentally and physically prepared for the change. The season goes on through the heat of summer and riders have to train accordingly. With two 30 minute + 2 lap motos the riders can become exhausted. This past week the top riders have been practicing across Southern California in the heat. The riders can only hope that their preparation has truely prepared them for the season to come.
